On Friday, May 16 – Sunday, May 18, 2008, Pastor Sidney A. locks, and the Cornerstone Missionary Baptist Church will be hosting its 2008 CMBC Family Conference. We have a multitude of activities planned during the conference and we would like to extend a warm invitation to your congregation to attend this exciting event. This year's conference theme is "Serving God Shoulder To Shoulder" as found in Zephaniah 3: 9 NIV. The following will be taking place during the conference: ¨ On Friday, May 16th we will kick-off the conference with a "Family Health & Talent Show" which will begin at 6:00 pm in the Cornerstone Family Life Center with an opportunity to participate in health screenings and receive information. At 7:00 pm in the Family Life Center Gymntorium, we would ask that you please join us for dinner following the talent show. ¨ On Saturday, May 17th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, please join the Cornerstone Family for a hot breakfast and attend the conference breakout sessions from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. There will be sessions designed for everyone. Lunch will be served following the breakout sessions.§ Children (Up to Age 5) – Nursery§ Kids (Ages 6 to 10)§ Pre-Teen (Ages 11 & 12)§ Teen Boys (Ages 13-18)§ Teen Girls (Ages 13-18)§ The Young, and Single and Free (Men)§ The Young, and Single and Free (Women)§ Single Parents (Men & Women)§ Seasoned Singles (Men & Women)§ Married Couples ¨ On Sunday, May 18th join us for worship beginning at 8:45 am. Afterwards, brunch will be served in the Family Life Center. Celebrate with the Cornerstone family as we "Serve God Shoulder to Shoulder" together.
